🛡️ Important Guidelines & Policies
- Booking & Payment Terms: 20% Advance Payment required to confirm booking. 80% Balance Payment at the time of check-in. Advance payment is strictly Non-Refundable in case of cancellation.
- Valid Photo ID Mandatory: All guests, including children (below and above 5 years), must carry a valid Photo ID and Booking Confirmation (WhatsApp or Email) at check-in.
- Loud Music Policy: Loud music allowed strictly till 10:00 PM as per Government regulations.
- Swimming Pool Timings: 8:00 AM to 09:00 PM (After 09:00 PM pool is closed for cleaning and filtration). No food or drinks permitted inside the pool.
- Late Check-Out Charges: ₹1,000 / hour (subject to next booking availability).
- Damage Policy: Any damage to villa property, appliances or equipment will be chargeable.
- Secure Parking: Gated private compound parking available for 5 to 6 cars.
